What we collect

When you apply, we receive what you enter in the form:

• your name and email
• a link to your profile or site, if you add one
• what you sell, your price range, new clients per month and follower count
• why you are applying now

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

Why we use it

We use your application to review it and to reply. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a mailing list because you applied.

Who handles it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and processes the form.
• Telegram delivers the application to our team.

These providers may process data outside the EU under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep an application for up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it. If we start working together, we keep what the agreement and the law require.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you can object to how we use it. Email brandempire.club@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Lithuania, that is the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
